machining and inspection facility for the delivery
of finished parts. The 50,000 square-foot facility
provides customers with a wide range of options and
capabilities.
Machining capabilities include: 3, 4,
and 5 axis milling; high speed machining; multi-spindle
milling and drilling; turning; form, surface, centerless
and double disk grinding.
Inspection capabilities include
a complete suite of CMM and optical inspection equipment.
POCO's machining operation uses the principles of lean
manufacturing to continually improve capabilities and
eliminate waste in every process.
