Reduce wetting and extend crucible life with purified FABMATETM.
FABMATE crucibles are recommended for the evaporation of the following materials: silver, aluminum, arsenic, gold, iron*, gallium, germanium & oxygen, nickel*, lead, selenium, silicon*, tin, tellurium, thallium & oxygen. (* one run only) FABMATE receives an amorphous carbon treatment to provide a hard, abrasion resistant, nonporous surface. It is an alternative to glassy carbon coated graphite crucibles.
